Lake Powell

We went with Josh's fire crew from Orem to Lake Powell. Our friends Dane and Natalie invited us all to come down and use their families house boat. There were 11 kids and 10 adults. I was nervous it was going to be too crowded and crazy, but it worked out just fine and we had a blast. I slept horribly though. The first night our brand new nice air mattress went completely flat in the night, so we were sleeping on hard ground on the top deck. Being pregnant I could not get comfortable at all, but we survived and still had fun the next day. I was kind of bummed not to be able to wake board or anything since I was pregnant, but being in the water was still so much fun. The kids all had an absolute blast playing in the sand, water, and going on the boat. It was also fun to get to know the other families better.

Bentley loved all the seashells she found. They had quite the collection by the time we left.

Bentley loved her first ever tube ride. She couldn't get enough and she definitely has a need for speed!!

Raegan had her naps on the boat which always put her right to sleep.
She was such a trooper and had so much fun. She slept great at night too which we were worried about.

The kids loved fishing off the dock. They caught mostly catfish. Bentley would stay out all night if we'd let her.

Can you tell how happy she was??
The kids also had tons of fun catching and holding lizards!
