Our Baby girl is finally here after 36 hours of labor! I was in labor mostly at my house. We went in on Tuesday night at 2 in the morning and I was only a 1, so they sent us home! I was having painful contractions all night and all day the next day! They were 3-5 min apart and by Wednesday night I pretty much couldn't handle it anymore! Finally at 3 in the morning I told Josh I couldn't wait any longer. We waited so long, because we didn't want to get sent home again. When we got there they checked me and I was a 6 almost 7, no wonder I was dying of pain! They gave me my epidural right away and then I felt wonderful. The delivery went great and me and the baby were super healthy. She's a pretty good baby other than when it's time to feed her. She screams and tries to fight me. Once she latches on she will eat for a long time, but getting her to do it is so much work. I thought baby's loved to eat, but she makes it seem like I am torturing her. I'm sure she will get better and get the hang of it, but it's pretty frustrating for me. We love her and think she's the cutest thing around. We feeel so blessed to have such a healthy baby. I still can't believe she was in my stomach just 4 days ago!

Overdue!!!

40 WEEKS

So Saturday the 17th was my due date and I'm still here! I have been doing everything I can to try and make her come. I have been walking a couple miles a day, eating spicy food, and all the other things you hear about! I went to the doctor yesterday hoping he would tell me I was dilated some more, but I am still at a 1. He said I am very thinned out, but that I will most likely have to be induced, which will be on Monday the 26th. I was pretty bummed and tried to hold back the tears! So I guess I will just be hangin out for a week with nothing to do. My house is spotless and everything is done, so I need to figure out something to do with my time which should probably be to get some sleep, but I am too ADD to do that!

This is me painting and don't worry we had all the windows open and fans going so the fumes wouldn't get to me. I was totally having contractions when I would bend over to paint.

Josh just chillin in our new glider rocker that we got for Christmas!

The desk on the left isn't going to be in the room anymore, so it won't look cluttered like that! We are going to put a futon there instead.

The walls are still kind of boring! My mom is making me a cute vinyl saying to go on the wall and Josh made me some shelves, which I love!

I was quite proud of myself, because I made these curtains and I am not a sewer.
