Elk hunt

WE went with my family to Panguitch for the elk hunt! WE rented some cute cabins and had a lot of fun hanging out, exploring and being together! We found a cool cave to explore too! 

 Bentley is wrapping up her soccer season! She's had fun running the field. And stetson always has fun when dad comes to the games! 

 Josh's moose meat is done and we now have an entire freezer full of meat!! 

Cami's Wedding

My little sister got married! It was a beautiful fall day! I was able to be her escort in the temple and help her get ready. It was a neat experience! Everything turned out great. My mom did an amazing job with all the decor! We are excited to have Kyle be a part of the family! 

Hunt of a lifetime!!

Josh is headed to Alaska for 2 weeks! It was hard to have him gone so long, but he had a blast! He went with 2 other guys looking for moose! They flew to Alaska and loaded up a small plane to get them to their spot. They got dropped off along with all their gear and food. 

They had some crazy windy/rain storms, one of which demolished their tent! Good thing they had a back up! I couldn't believe the stuff he told me when he got home! They made a bridge with a ladder they found to cross a raging river because they wanted to hunt on the other side! It's a good thing I didn't know about that! I rarely got to talk to him because they only had a satellite phone. That was really hard for me!

They were all 3 successful at killing a bull moose! It had to be 50 inches or bigger! Rich even shot a bear! Josh had the time of his life and is anxious to go again! They had quite the stares at the airport with their moose antlers. And we are now enjoying a freezer full of moose meat!
