Colorado

We recently went to Colorado to see my sister in law graduate from High school. It was so much fun to be there with most of Josh's family.
Bentley had so much fun playing on the tramp.
For Missy's graduation present I gave her 2 bins full of food and personal hygiene stuff for her to take to college. I was able to get all this stuff practically free from my couponing. I was happy to share some of my storage with her.

My niece, Aspen downing some diet coke. (not really, just getting some remnants.)

Giving Aspen some kisses.
Aspen being her happy self.
While we were in Colorado grams gave Bentley a Dora helmet and bell. She couldn't wait to put it on her scooter when we got home.
When we got home we celebrated my sister Cami's birthday. She will be graduating in a few days also.

Mother's Day weekend

We got to go spend some time with the Baldwin family over Mother's Day up at their property. We had lots of fun riding motorcycles, 4-wheeling, riding the go cart, shooting guns, hanging out by the fire, and eating good food. The weather was beautiful and we were glad to spend time with my mom for Mother's Day.
Josh and Bentley gave me some new running clothes and the Insanity workout videos, which I had been wanting for awhile.

Since we were close we went and checked out our puppy that we will be bringing home soon. They were so cute and Bentley had a blast letting the puppies run all around her.

5 Year Anniversary

We celebrated our 5th Anniversary on April 28th. My parents took Bentley for the weekend and Josh picked me up from work and surprised me with dinner and a night at the zermatt hotel in Midway. We had so much fun. It was so nice to relax and enjoy each other without Bentley. We had a yummy breakfast that morning and we were going to golf that morning, but had to get a rain check since it was snowing. I love being married to my best friend and to a guy that does so much for me. He's the BEST!
Happy 5 years.
They had a nice pool and hot tub. So nice to relax.

Getting warm by the fireplace, since it was snowing outside.

Bentley went on a little hunt to find her basket. She found one of her eggs in the dishwasher.
Running up the stairs to find her next egg.
She found her basket in the bathtub. She kept saying, "that's so silly Easter bunny put my basket in here."
Checking out her goods.
Putting on her pretty lip gloss.
Drinking milk out of her chocolate bunny.
Bentley in her pretty easter dress.

Our family right before church.

Trying out her scooter that the Easter Bunny brought.
She loves shoes and was running around outside after church with my heels. Such a funny girl.
We had a nice Easter which included: going to church, naps, Easter egg hunts, and a yummy ham dinner.

Bentley had to get tubes put in her ears not too long ago. She has had so many ear infections that the Dr's and us decided to get them done to prevent any more from happening. She did really good other than when they took her from us. She was probably wondering what in the world was going on and why these strange people were taking her away.
Before her surgery the child specialist came in and played some toys with her and let her color a little hospital dolly. I think this helped her to be calm and not afraid.
The surgery was really fast and she did really good coming out of the anesthesia. They told us most kids scream when coming off of it, because they don't know how to handle it, but when they brought her to us she was pretty happy and didn't cry. The nurses said this was pretty uncommon for a kid to come out of it this good. She's such a sweet little girl.
