Bentley 6 months

We can't believe Bentley is 6 months old. She is so much fun and is very happy. She just mastered sitting all by herself and can sit there for a long time. She also has learned to do the army crawl.
Here is Bentley watching her Baby Einstein video. She absolutely loves them and pays attention to nothing else when it is on.

She finally likes being on her tummy. She was playing with toys and next thing we know she's zonked out.

This was funny! We went to a restaurant and thought it would be funny to see her face while eating a lemon, well she loved it and wouldn't let us take it away.

We went swimming at my sisters pool and had so much fun.

On Saturday we went to the Uinita's with my sister in law, her family, and some friends. It was gorgeous up there and we had fun playing by the water and playing some games.

Bentley loves to eat these rice crackers. She gets so excited when I give one to her. She has her two bottom teeth now.

We went hiking up to this beautiful lake, it was a pretty good hike and super hot. Josh had all the weight on his back and I just had some water in mine and I had to pretty much run to keep up with him.

4th of July

I hope everyone had a good 4th of July. We had a family reunion at Downata hot springs in Idaho. We stayed in these little cabins and had so much fun.

My cute little Bentley...
Me and my little sis going to the campfire,

Josh will be really mad I'm putting this picture on here since he's so white, you can't really see in this pic but he's got a really bad farmer tan!

Bentley has discovered her thumb and has been sucking it all weekend. I keep taking it out, because I don't want her to be a thumb sucker. I know, that sounds really mean.

The water at the pools was so warm from the hot springs. Bentley loved being in the water. She fell asleep a couple times.

Just hangin by the pool with my sweet farmer tan.

Josh had a day off work, so we decided to go fishing for the day. We didn't catch any fish, but we did catch some crawdads. They look like a mini lobster!

That's a horrible picture of me, but you can see my crawdad if you look close.

Bentley 5months and camping

I just can't believe Bentley is already 5 months. She is so much fun and getting such a cute personality.

For father's day weekend we went to my parents property. My dad said all he wanted for father's day was some help at the property, so in between storms we pitched in and cut down trees and bushes to make the place look nice. My parents have done such a good job up there, it looks so nice. We really enjoy going there and riding 4 wheelers, fishing and just hanging out.
Me and my mom hauling some wood that was cut down. We put it in the big pile of firewood that my dad has made.

Josh and my dad working hard...

Josh recently bought this saw, he's going to start a tree cutting business and wanted to try it out. His first tree job is today and is a really big tree surrounded by power lines and fences. I hope he is careful. When he used to fight wildfires he was the sawyer, so he knows what he's doing, but I am just a worry wart.

My mom and Bentley in our trailer.

We went to the Strawberry day's Rodeo. We had a lot of fun and Bentley was so good and slept most of the time in my sisters arms.

My dad recently had a birthday and was letting Bentley help him with his presents. He just loves her so much.

Bentley loves watching the dogs and just can't stop staring at them. I don't know if I said or not, but we kept Dixie and got another dog for her to play with so we wouldn't feel as bad about keeping her outside. It's worked out really good.

Josh is feeding Bentley some sweet potatoes, which she loves. I've been making some of my own baby food and it' so easy and so much cheaper. Thanks Kendall for teaching me how to do it...

5k race

Me and my sister, Melissa ran in the pony express 5k race this past weekend. We had a lot of fun doing the race. Josh and Bentley came to watch us as we ended the race. It was such a nice day and felt so good to run. This was Melissa's first time doing a race, I think she had a lot of fun.
Yay, we did it!!!
We matched and we didn't even mean to.

I put Bentley in the Pony express Baby contest. She was one of the finalists, but she didn't win. It was fun though and fun to see all the other babies.

Bentley is finally starting to like being on her tummy, if she's got toys around.

Josh decided to be lazy and see if Bentley would hold her own bottle and she did, I couldn't believe it. She doesn't get a bottle very often, only when she's getting babysat.

Camping/ Bentley's first food

Bentley just had her 4 month appointment. She's really healthy, she weighs 14lbs and is 25 inches now. I can't believe she's 4 months. She's rolling over now and loves to have conversations and laugh. Me and Josh are having so much fun with her. She's such a good baby. I decided to start her on rice cereal, which was a fun experience. She really liked it, but just wasn't quite sure about the spoon thing. She has an ear infection in both ears and just got her shots. She has been super cranky today, I feel bad for her.

We went to visit Josh's Grandma Ludwig on
Memorial Day.

The boys playing redneck horseshoes. We went camping at my parents property this past weekend. Web had a good time, even though it rained the whole time.

Josh and Bryce shootin the birds, I think between the 4 boys there are no birds left up there.

Melissa and Gabe trying out our bows.

Bentley's first camping trip....

Me and my mom took the babies for a walk in between storms!

Mother's Day/ fishing

I love that she can fit into her cute skirts. My friend, Melinda gave me this one. Thanks Melinda...

I cannot believe how chubby she looks in this picture!!!

Saturday we went celebrated Mother's Day with my mom. We had a BBQ and made stepping stones to put up at their property. That afternoon we went to Salem Pond and went fishing with Melissa and Gabe. It was such a nice day!
Josh also spoiled me on Mother's Day. I woke up to the fire alarm going off, he was making me breakfast, so sweet of him. He got me some flowers, hiking shoes, and some tomatoe plants. He is such a good husband...

It's so nice the have Melissa around. she takes care of Bentley the whole time, she just can't get enough of her.

This was the only fish I caught, an Albino Trout.

Bentley was so good, we put her under an umbrella to keep the sun off of her.

Making stepping stones...

My mom wanted to take a family picture to put in their new trailer. They turned out pretty cute for just doing them ourselves.
